3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under data processing terms:

- [Insert website host, e.g. Vercel Inc.] hosts this website and may process technical data such as your IP address in server logs.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights. If our business were sold or restructured, data could transfer to the new owner under the same protections.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States or other countries outside the EEA. Where this happens we rely on safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is certified) or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.

- Preferences (strictly necessary): your light/dark mode choice and your cookie choice are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not used for tracking.
You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings, or clear your browser storage. Google's own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls and reputable, security-focused providers.
